Information we collect

Account details such as name, email address, role, and profile information supplied when you create or update an account.
Content you upload to Joblic including resumes, job descriptions, and any feedback you share with our team.
Usage data like device information, browser type, IP address, and the interactions you make with the product.

How we use your information

Provide and personalize the Joblic experience, including job matching, resume generation, and collaboration features.
Communicate about updates, security alerts, and support requests that keep your account healthy.
Improve the platform through analytics, anonymized insights, and quality checks that help us ship better features.

How we protect your data

All requests are protected with TLS in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest.
Access to production data is restricted to trained team members with audited access controls.
We never sell customer data and only share information with infrastructure providers necessary to run Joblic.
